| 摘 要： | 采用三因素四水平正交试验设计,于2009年在山阳高坝华中五味子基地进行了肥效田间试验。结果表明:不同氮磷钾配比对华中五味子乙素含量影响差异显著;各营养元素对五味子乙素含量影响依次为K>N>P;在本试验区条件下保证最佳华中五味子有效成分的施肥量以氮、钾元素配合施用效果好,果实中五味子乙素含量高,最佳肥料用量:N用量240 kg/hm2,K2O用量160 kg/hm2。
