一品红茎段组织培养研究

摘    要:以一品红(Euphorbia pulcherrima)中的深红一品红(AnnetteHegg)幼茎和腋芽为外植体,以MS为基本培养基并附加不同的生长激素,进行了愈伤组织诱导、愈伤组织分化出芽以及腋芽增殖的研究。结果表明茎段愈伤组织诱导的最佳培养基为MS+6-BA 0.1 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+2,4-D 2.0 mg/L;愈伤组织分化出芽的最佳培养基为MS+6-BA 1.2 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L;腋芽启动的最佳培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L。

Abstract:Taking the young stem of Christmas flower(Euphorbia pulcherrima) as the explant,basal medium MS with different hormone combinations as the medium,the callus inducement,differentiation and axillary bud inducement were studied.The results showed that the best culture medium for the inducement of callus from stem section was MS + 6-BA 0.1 mg/L + NAA 0.1 mg/L + 2,4-D 2.0 mg/L;the best medium for the differentiation of callus was MS + 6-BA 1.2 mg/L + NAA 0.2 mg/L,and the best one for the inducement of axillary bud was MS + 6-BA 1.0 mg/L.
