我国东部沿海盐田利用现状与土地整治为耕地潜力研究

随着经济的高速发展,大量的耕地后备资源已经开发殆尽,亟需通过新途径解决区域耕地占补平衡的问题。本文从盐田整治经济需求性、社会迫切性和支撑可行性三个方面构建盐田土地整治为耕地的潜力评价指标体系,运用基于熵权的模糊综合评价方法评价东部沿海地区盐田整治为耕地的潜力,从而为盐田土地整治方向提供依据。研究结果表明广东、江苏、浙江、福建和天津5个地区盐田生产未得到重视,盐田土地整治潜力较大;沿海废弃盐田整治为耕地的需求日益增强,通过废弃盐田整治形成有效耕地,在土地资源日趋紧张的东部沿海地区具有现实性和紧迫性。

Utilization Status of Coastal Brine Pans in Eastern China and Their Remediation Potential to Cultivated Land

With the rapid development of economy,a lot of reserved resources of cultivated land have been exploited completely,so new ways are required to solve the requisition-compensation balance problem of regional cultivated land.This paper constructed the evaluation index system for the potential of remedying brine pan to cultivated land from the aspects of economic demand,social urgency and supporting feasibility.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on entropy weight was used to evaluate the potential of remedying the coastal brine pan to cultivated land in eastern China,in order to provide the basis for the direction of brine pan remediation.The results indicated that the brine pans in Jiangsu,Guangdong,Zhejiang,Fujian and Tianjin have not been paid more attentions,therefore their remediation potential was larger.Because the remediation demand in coastal abandoned brine pan was increasing,forming effective cultivated land through the remediation of abandoned brine pan was realistic and urgent in the eastern coastal areas,in which the land resources became increasingly tense.
