| 摘 要： | 研究了延边生态条件下大田生长期间不同基因型烤烟矿质元素的吸收和分配规律及相互关系。结果表明:(1)P、K、Ca、Mg、Zn、Mn在移栽后50 d均已出现吸收高峰,在移栽后60~70 d(Zn在80 d)出现低谷后逐渐上升并保持稳定,只是Ca、Mn、Zn的变化幅度较大,分别为26.93%、23.01%、45.42%;B的含量呈逐渐上升趋势,上升幅度为93.34%。Ca、Mn、Fe、Mg下部叶的含量显著高于中部和上部。(2)吉烟9号和云烟87中各元素(Mg除外)的含量均较高;Ca、Fe、Na、Zn在基因型间的差异不显著。(3)P与K、Fe,K、Ca、Mg之间,Zn与Mg呈显著负相关;P与Ca、Mg、Mn、Cu、Na等呈显著正相关。
