反硝化聚磷菌C18脱氮除磷特性研究

摘    要:从城市生活污水处理厂好氧池活性污泥中筛选出的一株反硝化聚磷菌C18,经16S rDNA初步鉴定为假单胞菌(Pseudomonas grimontii)。C18在pH 6.5~7.5之间能正常生长,pH为7.5时,脱氮除磷效果最好。C18生长对温度没有特殊要求,当温度为30℃时,磷和氨氮去除率分别达到85.9%和83.6%。厌氧/缺氧最佳连续培养时间为厌氧2 h、缺氧4 h。

Nitrogen and Phosphorus Removal Characteristics of Denitrifying Polyphosphate-accumulating Organism C18
Abstract:A denitrifying polyphosphate-accumulating organism C18 was isolated from aerobic activated sludge in a municipal sewage treatment factory and identified as Pseudomonas grimontii.This strain could normally grow under the condition of pH-value 6.5~7.5,and it had the best effect in nitrogen and phosphorus removal under pH-value 7.5.C18 grew with no special requirements for temperature,when the temperature was 30 ℃,phosphorus and ammonia nitrogen removal rate reached 85.9% and 83.6% respectively.Anaerobic culture for 2 hours and anoxic culture for 4 hours were the best for its continuous culture.
