| 摘 要： | 以“超级玫瑰”为材料,研究了不同浓度的NAA和IBA对扦插月季愈伤组织和根发生的影响。结果表明:以浓度为150mg/LIBA溶液处理的效果最好;NAA和IBA对月季愈伤组织和根发生都有显著性促进作用,在本试验条件下,两者的促进作用没有显著性差异。

| Abstract: | By using "Super rose" as tested material,effects of various concentrations of NAA and IBA on callus and rooting of cutting Chinese rose were studied.The results showed that treating with 150mg/L IBA had the best effect,NAA and IBA had significant stimulative effects on callus and rooting of Chinese rose.Under the same testing conditions,there was no significant difference in stimulation between NAA and IBA. |
