摘    要:以3种测度结合的AHP法对7个番茄品系的果实商品性状进行了综合评价与分析,构建了涵盖3个层次(目标层、标准层和指标层),7个指标(外观品质的单果重和果色,营养品质的维生素C、可溶性固形物和水分含量以及糖酸比和耐贮品质的变质率)的番茄果实商品性状的综合评价指标体系,结果表明:品系YH02-6和YH02-9果实的综合商品性状最佳,品系YH02-1、YH02-7和YH02-11果实的综合商品性状较好,品系YH02-8和YH02-5果实的商品性一般。

Abstract:The method of AHP with 3 kinds of measuring methods was applied to synthetically evaluate the trade traits of the fruits of 7 tomato lines.The synthetic evaluation system was built up,which consisted of 3 layers(aim layer,criterion layer and item layer) and 7 items(weight of single fruit and fruit color of the external appearance quality,content of vitamin C,total soluble solids,water content,ratio of sugar to acid and the deterioration rate of the storable quality).The results showed that the synthetic trade traits of YH02-6 and YH02-9 were the best,followed by YH02-1,YH02-7 and YH02-11,the line YH02-8 and YH02-5 were commonly.
