单基因及联合双基因转化拟南芥的抗寒性比较

摘    要:将CBF3、AtGolS3基因通过中间载体连接到植物表达载体pVKH上,形成带有启动子和终止子的双价表达载体,转入拟南芥,以野生拟南芥为对照,与单独导入AtGloS3基因的转基因拟南芥对比,比较两种拟南芥植株抗寒性的差别。结果表明:单基因转拟南芥和联合双基因转化拟南芥的抗寒能力均比野生拟南芥强;而联合双基因转化拟南芥的抗寒能力又比单基因转拟南芥强。

Abstract:Through middle vector,CBF3 and AtGolS3 genes were inserted into expression vector pVKH.Binary expression vector with promoter and terminator was constructed,then it was transformed into Arabidopsis thaliana,and the cold-resistance of Arabidopsis thaliana with double-gene was compared with that of Arabidopsis thaliana with single AtGolS3 gene as well as that of wild Arabidopsis thaliana(CK).The experiment showed that,the cold-resistance of single-gene vector plant and double-gene expression vector plant was both better than that of wild Arabidopsis thaliana,double-gene expression vector plant had stronger cold-resistance than single-gene vector plant.
