| 摘 要： | 对东湖水库浮游生物进行了研究,共发现浮游生物45种(属),其中浮游植物28种(属),浮游动物17种(属)。春、夏、秋、冬浮游植物的平均生物量分别为1.453、4.431、4.832、1.06mg/L,硅藻门和绿藻门占优势,优势种为颗粒直链藻(Melosira granulata)、尖头针杆藻(Synedra acus);浮游动物的平均生物量为1.355、3.58、2.672、0.321mg/L,枝角类和桡足类占优势,优势种(属)为长肢秀体溞(Diaphanosoma leuchtenbergianum)、剑水蚤(Thermocyclops)。

| Abstract: | 45 kinds of plankton were found in Donghu reservoir, in which 28 kinds were phytoplankton species(genera),and 17 kinds were zooplankton species(genera).The average biomass of phytoplankton in spring,autumn,summer and winter was 1.453,4.431,4.832,1.06mg/L,respectively.The dominant phytoplanktons were Bacillariophyta and Chlorophyta,the dominant species were Melosira granulata and Synedra acus.;the average biomass of zooplankton was 1.355,3.58,2.672,0.321mg/L,respectively.The dominant zooplanktons were cladocera and copepode,the dominant species(genus) were Diaphanosoma and Thermocyclops. |
