兴国甜橙3-5选育研究

摘    要:介绍了兴国甜橙3-5的选育经过、主要性状、栽培技术要点和产业化前景,对兴国甜橙3-5的可食率和果汁率进行了多品种比较。兴国甜橙3-5是在地方品种兴国甜橙中选出的加工鲜食兼用型品种,果皮橙黄至橙红色,果实近圆球形,母树平均单果重167.7 g,可溶性固形物含量13.6%~15.1%,总糖含量10.3%~11.5%,可滴定酸含量0.47%~0.93%,可食率79.27%~80.75%,果汁率65.18%~65.96%;子代平均单果重205.8 g,可溶性固形物含量12.7%~14.0%,总糖含量9.92%~10.62%,可滴定酸含量0.71%~0.73%,可食率80.59%,果汁率65.84%。成熟期11月下旬。

Abstract:The paper introduced the breeding course,main traits,points of cultivation techniques and industrialization prospects of Xingguo sweet orange 3-5 Citrus sinensis(L.) Osbesk].3-5 was selected from the local sweet orange varieties,its pericarp color changes from orange-yellow to salmon pink,its fruit has the shape of nearly round-ball.For maternal trees of 3-5,the average weight of single orange fruit is 167.7 g,the content of soluble solid matter is 13.6%~15.1%,the content of total sugar is 10.3%~11.5%,the content of titratable acid is 0.47%~0.93%,the edible rate is 79.2%~80.75%,and the fruit juice rate is 65.18%-65.96%.For the filial generation of 3-5,the above-mentioned all indices are 205.8 g,12.7%~14.0%,9.92%~10.62%,0.71%~0.73%,80.59%,65.84%,respectively.Fruits mature in late November.
