超声波雾化栽培装置的研制和应用效果

摘    要:雾培是解决植物根系水气矛盾的一种最佳栽培模式之一,为解决现有雾培方式中雾滴直径大、冲力强和雾化均匀度低的问题,该文介绍了一种新型超声波雾化栽培装置。该装置将超声波雾化技术与植物种植系统相结合,所形成的水雾在空气中飘浮时间大于1 min,并自然弥漫至根系各个部位,使植物根系能够均匀吸收养分和水分。此外,通过生菜栽培试验表明:该装置比水培装置节省用水70%,冬季生产时可提高植物根系环境温度4~7℃,并可显著提高生菜植株的根系活力。

Abstract:Aeroponic cultivation is one of the best cultivation modes to solve the contradiction between water and air in the root system of plants.In order to solve some problems in the current aeroponic cultivation,such as larger diameter,strong momentum and low spray evenness of droplets,this paper introduced a new ultrasonic aeroponic cultivation device.This device was a combination of ultrasonic aeroponic technology and plant cultivation system.The water mist formed by the device could float around the root system and stay for more than 1 min in the air,and make the root system uniformly absorb the nutriment and moisture.In addition,the results of lettuce cultivation experiment showed that this device consumed water 70% less than water cultivation device,it could increase the rhizospheric temperature of the plants by 4~7 ℃,and significantly enhance the root vigor of lettuce plants in winter production.
