烤烟纤维素含量的变异及其与化学成分的关系

摘    要:以我国主产烟区292份烤烟样品为材料,研究了烤烟纤维素含量的变异及其与主要化学成分的关系。结果表明:供试烤烟样本纤维素含量主要分布在12.0%~17.0%的范围内,平均值为14.64%±1.78%,变异系数为12.17%;纤维素含量在不同地区之间存在显著差异,在不同年份和不同部位之间差异则不显著;部分地区和不同部位烤烟纤维素含量与某些化学成分之间的相关性达到了显著水平。

Abstract:In this article,292 samples of flue-cured tobacco leaves from main tobacco-growing areas of China were used to analyze the variation of their cellulose content and the relationship between the cellulose content and chemical components in flue-cured tobacco leaves.The results indicated that the cellulose content in flue-cured tobacco leaves mainly varied from 12.0% to 17.0%,with the mean of 14.64% ±1.78% and the variation coefficient of 12.17%.There were significant differences in cellulose content among different tobacco-growing areas,but no significant differences among different planting years and among different tobacco stalk positions.The cellulose content in the tobacco leaves from some tobacco-growing areas and at different tobacco stalk positions had significant correlation with the chemical components.
