摘 要: | 对不同生态区烤烟云烟87的中性致香物质含量和感官质量进行了比较分析。结果表明:烤烟中香气物质的含量受环境因素的影响较大,不同生态区烤烟中性致香物质总含量表现为贵州铜仁>重庆丰都>河南洛阳>云南大理>四川宜宾;烟叶感官质量评吸结果由高到低依次为云南大理、贵州铜仁、重庆丰都、四川宜宾、河南洛阳。

Abstract: | The neutral aroma component contents and sensory quality of flue - cured tobacco variety Yunyan 87 from various ecological regions were analyzed and compared. The results showed that the contents of neutral aroma components in flue - cured to- bacco leaves were significantly affected by ecological conditions, and the total content of neutral aroma components in flue - cured tobacco leaves from various ecological regions revealed the following tendency : Tongren, Guizhou 〉 Fengdu, Chongqing 〉 Luoyang, Henan 〉 Dali , Yunnan 〉 Yibin, Sichuan. The smoking quality (sensory quality) of tobacco leaves from various ecological regions had the following order: Dali, Yunnan 〉 Tongren, Guizhou 〉 Fengdu, Chongqing 〉 Yibin, Sichuan 〉 Luoyang, Henan. |
