黑心菊抗旱性生理生化指标的研究

摘    要:以金鸡菊为对照植物,通过盆栽试验研究了黑心菊的抗旱性生理生化指标。结果表明:在干旱胁迫期间,黑心菊和金鸡菊的叶片相对含水量和叶绿素含量总体上均呈下降趋势,细胞膜透性和脯氨酸含量总体上均呈上升趋势,可溶性糖含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均呈先上升后下降的趋势。综合分析各种指标,可以认为黑心菊的抗旱性与金鸡菊相当。

Abstract:Coreopsis basalis was used as control,and the physiological and biochemical indexes of drought resistance in Rudbeckia hybrida were studied by pot experiment.The results showed that leaf relative water content and chlorophyll content in both of them showed a downward trend in the overall during drought stress.Cell membrane permeability and proline content showed an upward trend in general.Soluble sugar content,malondialdehyde(MDA) content,and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity first increased and then decreased.These two species of plants had almost the same drought resistance according to our data.
