转Bt基因抗虫棉的抗虫性与主要经济性状的相关分析

摘    要:分析了转Bt基因抗虫棉的抗虫性与产量性状、纤维品质性状以及抗病性状之间的相关性 ,结果表明 :转Bt基因抗虫棉的抗虫性与衣分存在极显著负相关 (R单 =-0 .870 、R偏 =-0 .972 ) ,与衣指存在显著负相关 (R单 =-0 .62 9 、R偏 =-0 .889 ) ,与籽指存在显著正向单相关 (R单 =0 .71 8 ) ,与株高、果枝数、结铃数、单铃重及籽棉产量之间相关不显著。抗虫性增强对纤维品质的不利相关效应有 :整齐度变差 (R偏 =-0 .988 )、伸长率下降 (R单 =-0 .680 )、气纱品质变差 (R偏 =-0 .992 ) ;对纤维品质的有利相关效应有 :反射率表现增强 (R偏 =0 .897 )。抗虫性与黄萎病病指之间存在极显著负相关 (R单 =-0 .868 、R偏 =-0 .90 0 ) ,但与枯萎病病指之间不存在内在相关性。

Analysis of Correlation between Insect-resistibility and Major Economic Traits of Transgenic Bt Cotton
Abstract:The correlation between the insect-resistibility of transgenic Bt cotton varieties and their traits of yield,fiber quality as well as disease-resistance was analyzed,the results showed that the insect-resistibility of transgenic Bt cotton was significantly negative correlative with lint percentage (P=0.01) and lint index (P=0.05), and significantly positive correlative with seed index (P=0.05), the correlation between insect-resistibility and plant height, number of fruit branch and boll per plant, boll weight, seed cotton yield were not significant at the 0.05 probability level.The negative effects of strengthening insect-resistibility on fiber quality were that the insect-resistant cotton got worse length uniformity, weaker elongate rate and worse quality of open-end spun yarn than the conventional cotton, the positive effect was that the insect-resistant cotton possessed higher reflecting rate.There was significant negative correlation between insect-resistibility and Verticillium wilt index (P=0.01),but no correlation between insect-resistibility and Fusarium wilt index.
