玉米耐密育种技术研究进展

摘    要:阐述了玉米生产中耐密的重要性,并以郑单958为例,分析了耐密新品种选育在我国的可行性和密植增产的机理.提出选系基础群体起点要高,群体要大;自交系选育过程中,要高密度种植,增加选择压力,选择合理的耐密株型;根据杂种优势模式组配杂交种,实现定向组配;多地点、多年份、高密度地进行品种鉴定试验.同时将现代生物技术与常规育种方法...

Abstract:This paper elaborated the importance of maize tolerance to high planting density.Taking Zhengdan 958 as an example,the author analyzed the feasibility of selecting and breeding new varieties tolerant to high planting density in our country and the mechanism of yield-increasing by dense planting,and put forward the following suggestions: the starting point of the basal group of selection system should be high,and the population should be large;in the process of inbred line selection,it was necessary to enhance the planting density,increase selection pressure,and select reasonable dense-tolerant plant type;matching hybrid varieties and achieving targeted group according to heterosis mode;conducting cultivars identification tests for their tolerance to high planting density at many sites and in many years;polymerizing several important genes which control the characters of quality,yield,dense-tolerance and adversity-resistance together through combining modern biotechnology with traditional breeding techniques,and selecting out new high-yielding maize varieties tolerant to high planting density.
