摘    要:以烤烟品种吉烟9号为试验材料,研究了等氮条件下(施纯氮75 kg/hm2),磷钾的不同比例对烤烟生理特性、经济性状、化学成分、致香物质含量和评吸质量的影响。结果表明:随着磷钾比例的增大,烟叶叶绿素含量、净光合速率、SOD和CAT酶活性、经济性状各项指标和致香物质总量呈先升后降的变化特征,MDA含量的变化则表现相反,其中以氮磷钾比例为1∶1.5∶3的处理改善烟叶生理特性、增加产量、提高品质的效果最好。

Abstract:The effects of different application ratios of P and K fertilizer on the physiological property,economic characters,chemical composition,aroma content and smoking quality of flue-cured tobacco variety Jiyan No.9 were studied under the condition of applying the equal N fertilizer(75 kg/hm2 pure nitrogen).The results showed that with the increase of the ratio of P and K fertilizer,the leaf chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate,SOD and CAT activity,economic characters,and aroma content all increased first and then decreased,while the content of MDA appeared the opposite trend.The optimum ratio of N,P and K was 1∶1.5∶3,and it had the best effect on the improvement of the physiological property,yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco.
