| 摘 要： | 为了解决牛粪在测定前的变质问题,用硫酸对牛粪进行前处理。不同硫酸浓度处理牛粪的试验结果表明,用4.5mol/L硫酸20 mL处理500 g粪样使全氮、全磷、铜和锌的测定结果与对照组(即实际结果)最接近,而测定有机质时,则最好用原样测定。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the problem of deterioration of cattle manure before measurement,the cattle manure was treated with different concentrations of sulphuric acid before testing.The test results showed that treating 500g cattle manure with 20mL 4.5mol/L sulphuric acid could make the testing results of TN,TP,Cu and Zn in the treated samples most near to those in the control sample,while it was better to use the original samples to test organic matter. |
