对甲酚与2,4-二叔丁基酚对斑马鱼的联合毒性研究

摘    要:以静水法测试了对甲酚与2,4-二叔丁基酚对斑马鱼的单一和联合急性毒性,并以毒性单位分析法和Marking相加指数法对其联合毒性效应类型进行了判定。结果表明:对甲酚的单一毒性为中毒,2,4-二叔丁基酚的单一毒性为高毒。Marking相加指数法和毒性单位分析法对两者的联合毒性作用的评价结论一致:在等毒性配比下,对甲酚与2,4-二叔丁基酚的24、48、72和96 h时联合毒性均为拮抗作用。

Abstract:The single and joint acute toxicities of P-cresol and 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol on zebrafish(Brachydanio rerio) were examined by the static test method,and the type of joint toxicity effect was determined by the Marking's additive index(AI) and the toxicity unit analysis(TU).The results showed that the single acute toxicity of P-cresol was moderate,and that of 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol was high.The toxicity assessment conclusions had no difference between these two methods.The joint toxicity of P-cresol and 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol(toxicity 1∶1) was all antagonistic at 24 h,48 h,72 h and 96 h.
