摘 要: | 分别以龙牙百合的鳞片、顶芽、茎段和叶片为外植体进行组织培养,结果表明:基本培养基以MS为最适培养基,最易分化出小鳞茎的外植体为秋、冬季的鳞片,不同外植体的最适分化培养基配方不同,鳞片在MS+0.03mg/LNAA上分化效果最好,顶芽和叶片以MS+2mg/L6-BA+0.2mg/LNAA为宜,茎段以MS+0.2mg/LIAA较好。继代增殖培养基MS+0.1mg/LKT+0.15mg/LNAA的效果较好。无根子球和小苗在1/2MS+0.2mg/L6-BA+1mg/LIBA上易生根。

Study on Tissue Culture and Rapid Propagation of Lilium brownii var. viridulum |

Abstract: | The tissue culture of Lilium brownii var. viridulum was studied by using its scales, buds, stem segments and leaves as explants respectively, the results showed that MS medium was the most appropriate basic medium, the scale of autumn or winter lily was the optimum explant for the inducement of bulbil. The best differentiation medium for the scale, bud, leaf and stem segment of lily was MS+0.03mg/L NAA, MS+2mg/L 6-BA+0.2mg/L NAA, MS+2mg/L 6-BA+0.2mg/L NAA and MS+0.2mg/L IAA respectively. The optimum subculture medium was MS+0.1mg/L KT+0.15mg/L NAA, the best medium for rootage of rootless bulbs and seedlings was 1/2MS+0.2mg/L 6-BA+1mg/L IBA. |
