Abstract:In order to provide some references for the further theoretical investigations and practices in this field,the activities of alcohol dehydrogenase(ADH) and peroxidase(POD) in the seedlings of Isatidis indigotica Fort under waterlogging stress were studied by using NAD reduction method and Guaiacol assay.The results indicated that the activity of ADH in roots was induced by waterlogging stress.ADH activity in waterlogging treatment was higher than that in controlled treatment.Along with the increase of water...
