蝴蝶兰花梗诱导培养优化技术研究

摘    要:以蝴蝶兰花梗为外植体,探讨了不同类型的培养基以及在培养基中添加激素对花梗诱导、丛生芽增殖和成苗的影响。结果表明:培养基1/2MS+BA 3 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L适合花梗诱导,诱导率达90%以上;丛生芽增殖培养基以1/2MS+BA 5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 g/L的综合效果好,培养20~30 d后的增殖系数达到3.1;适合生根的培养基为MS(1/2N)+IBA 0.1mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L。

Abstract:Taking the pedicel of Phalaenopsis amabilis as the explant,this paper studied the effects of different media and different hormone combinations on the propagation of buds and formation of seedlings.The results showed that the suitable medium for the inducement of pedicel of Phalaenopsis amabilis was 1/2MS+BA 3 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L,and the inducement rate was above 90%.The suitable medium for the propagation of adventitious buds was 1/2MS+BA 5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 g/L,and the propagation coefficient was 3.1 after 20~30...
