| 摘 要： | 以K326、韭菜坪和贵烟4号3个烤烟品种的种子为试验材料,研究不同浓度的EM稀释液浸种对烤烟种子萌发的影响。结果表明:750倍和500倍EM液能显著促进K326烤烟种子萌发,以500倍稀释液效果最好;EM稀释液抑制韭菜坪和贵烟4号的种子萌发,500倍和250倍EM稀释液对韭菜坪抑制作用显著,对贵烟4号的影响不显著;不同品种对不同浓度EM稀释液的反应明显不同。

| Abstract: | The effects of seed-soaking with different concentrations of EM diluents on seed germination of different flue-cured tobacco varieties(K326,Jiucaiping and Guiyan 4) were studied.The results showed that 500 and 700 times dilutions of EM could evidently accelerate the seed germination of K326,especially the 500 times dilution;the seed germination of Jiucaiping and Guiyan 4 was restrained by EM diluents,and the 500 and 250 times dilutions of EM restrained the seed germination of Jiucaiping remarkably,while the... |
