摘    要:对水稻恢复系品种"752"与转bar基因抗Basta稳定品系("转嘉59"和"转嘉99")杂交后代的遗传规律进行了连续跟踪研究,结果在F2~F5代中大部分株系的抗感分离比例符合3∶1的分离规律,但也有少数符合1∶1、2∶1、5∶3和5∶1。转基因水稻的抗除草剂特性可以遗传至高世代,通过有性杂交和低世代开始高压淘汰选择,可以在中、高世代获得抗性稳定株系,其中有75.9%的抗性稳定株系自交下一代抗性没有分离,抗性发生了3∶1分离的株系只有24.1%。

Preliminary Study on Inheritance of Herbicide Resistance of bar Transgenic Rice (Oryza sativa)
Abstract:The inheritance of herbicide resistance of the progenies derived from the crosses of rice restoring line "752" with stable Basta-resistant bar transgenic lines ("Zhuanjia 59" and "Zhuanjia 99") was studied by tracking investigation. The results indicated that the resistant and sensitive segregation pattern of most lines in F-2~F-5 generations accorded with the ratio of 3∶1, however, that of some lines accorded with the ratio of 1∶1,2∶1,5∶3 or 5∶1, the characteristics of herbicide resistance could inherit to the high generations. Rice lines with stable Basta resistance could be obtained in middle and high generations by sexual hybridization and high-pressure screening in lower generations. In addition, in self-crossing generation of stable Basta-resistant lines, 24.1% of lines segregated in resistance and sensitivity (3∶1), while 75.9% of lines did not segregate(1∶0).
