太湖水体微囊藻毒素变化及其与理化因子的关系

摘    要:2009年5~10月间采集太湖3个位点的水样,分析水体理化因子和微囊藻毒素的含量及种类。在整个采样周期,3个位点的胞外微囊藻毒素含量变化范围为ND(未检出,<0.02μg/L)至0.67μg/L,只检测到MC-RR和MC-LR两种微囊藻毒素;胞内微囊藻毒素含量变化范围为ND~53.34μg/L,MC-RR和MC-LR是主要的微囊藻毒素种类,在2009年10月的2号位点水体检测到多达6种微囊藻毒素。CODMn和叶绿素a与水体中胞内微囊藻毒素含量呈现显著正相关。在不同采样位点,胞内、胞外微囊藻毒素与理化因子的关系不完全相同,应根据不同区域开展环境条件对太湖水体中胞内、胞外微囊藻毒素含量影响的评估。

Abstract:Water samples were collected at three sampling sites in the Taihu Lake from May to October in 2009,and the physicochemical factors and microcystin(MC) content were determined.In the whole sampling period,the extracellular MC content varied from ND(not detected,<0.02 μg/L) to 0.67 μg/L at three sites,and only MC-RR and MC-LR were detected in extracellular MC.Intracellular MC content varied from ND to 53.34 μg/L at three sites,and MC-RR and MC-LR were the predominant MC species.As many as six MC species in the water body at the site No.2 were detected in October,2009.The CODMn and chlorophyll-a content had significantly positive correlations with intracellular MC content at three sampling sites.The correlations of extracellular and intracellular MC contents with the physicochemical parameters were not consistent among different sampling sites.Different assessments of environmental influence should be made on extracellular and intracellular MC contents according to different districts of the Tailu Lake.
