赣北地区外引抗病虫棉新品种的表现与评价

为了筛选出适宜长江流域棉区的抗病亲本材料,从中国农业科学院植物保护研究所引进了中植棉2号、中植棉6号、中植棉8号、新植5号等4份高抗/耐枯萎病、抗/耐黄萎病棉花材料,在抗病性、生态适应性、产量性状及纤维品质等方面与当地主推品种进行比较,结果显示:在长江流域棉区这些材料高抗枯、黄萎病,生育进程没有显著差异,产量稍低于对照,纤维品质优于对照;中植棉2号、中植棉6号产量与对照相当,综合性状较好,可作为抗病亲本材料加以利用,通过调整其栽培模式在长江流域推广应用。

Performance and Evaluation of Introduced Disease -resistant and Insect -resistant Cotton New Varieties in Northern Jiangxi

In order to find out the suitable disease-resistant parent materials for the Yangtze River basin,the author introduced cotton varieties Zhongzhimian No.2,Zhongzhimian No.6,Zhongzhimian No.8 and Xinzhi No.5 from Institute of Plant Protection,Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences,which were highly resistant/ tolerant to Fusarium wilt and resistant/ tolerant to Verticillium wilt.The disease resistance,ecological adaptability,yield traits and fiber quality of these introduced varieties and Ganmianza No.1(CK,the main variety in Jiangxi) were compared.The results showed that: in the reaches of the Yangtze River,these introduced varieties were highly resistant to Fusarium wilt and Verticillium wilt;there was no significant difference in growth process among all varieties;their yield was slightly lower than that of CK;their fiber quality was better than that of CK.The comprehensive characters of Zhongzhimian No.2 and Zhongzhimian No.6 were better than those of CK,but there was no significant difference in yield between them and CK.Thus these two varieties could be used as the disease-resistant parent materials and popularized in the Yangtze River basin.
