| 摘 要： | 目前我国高等院校开设的生物化学实验课程一般采用教师给定的实验方案,学生按既定的实验步骤进行,该种方式不利于当前"提高学生的创新能力"教学培养目标的实现。本文在分析生物化学实验传统的教学模式的基础上,总结了我校通过教改,开展设计性和综合性实验,激发学生的积极性和创造性,培养学生的自主实践能力、创新能力和科学思维能力,最终提高了学生的综合素质的实践体会。

| Abstract: | At present,most colleges in our country usually use the preplanned protocols for laboratory course in biochemistry teaching,the students only need to follow the protocols to finish the experiments,and this teaching mode is not good for improving students’ innovative ability.Based on the traditional teaching mode of biochemistry experiment,the author applied the designed and comprehensive innovative experiments to the teaching of biochemistry experiment,and this teaching mode could stimulate the learning activeness and creativity of the students,improve their practical ability,innovative ability and scientific analytic ability in biochemistry experiment.Accordingly,the comprehensive ability of the students was improved. |
