吡蚜酮对水稻的表观安全性评价

摘    要:采用拌种和喷雾方法,研究了吡蚜酮对水稻的表观安全性。结果表明,每千克种谷拌种25%吡蚜酮5~20 g在拌种后3 h播种和6 h播种处理的出苗率、苗高、水稻根长和株高均高于不施药对照处理。在秧苗1叶1心期兑水喷雾时,25%吡蚜酮WP 75~450 g/hm2等处理的水稻根长和株高与不施药处理以及10%吡虫啉WP 30 g/hm2处理之间均无显著差异。在秧苗移栽前3 d施药,25%吡蚜酮WP 75~600 g/hm2等处理的水稻分蘖数和株高与不施药处理之间亦均无显著差异。上述结果说明每千克种谷拌种25%吡蚜酮WP 5~20 g的剂量内对水稻安全,在秧苗1叶1心期25%吡蚜酮WP用量在450 g/hm2以下喷雾处理和在秧苗移栽前3 d 25%吡蚜酮WP用量在600 g/hm2以下喷雾处理均对水稻安全。

Abstract:The extrinsic safety evaluation of Pymetrozine to rice was studied by using the method of seed dressing and spraying.The results showed that: when the seeds were sowed during 3~6 hours after seed dressing with 25% Pymetrozine at the dosage of 5~20 g/kg seed,the emergence rate,seedling height,root length and plant height of rice seedlings were higher than those in the check(without insecticide application,CK).The rice root length and plant height in the treatments of spraying 25% Pymetrozine at 75~450 g/hm2 in one-leaf-one-heart period were similar with those in CK and the treatment of spraying 10% Imidacloprid at 30 g/hm2.The rice tiller number and plant height in the treatments of spraying 25% Pymetrozine WP at the dosage of 75~600 g/hm2 on the 3rd day before seedling transplanting were not significantly different from those in CK.The above results demonstrated that the rice seed dressing with 25% Pymetrozine WP at 5~20 g/kg seed,spraying 25% Pymetrozine WP at the dosage of below 450 g/hm2 in one-leaf-one-heart period of seedlings,and spraying 25% Pymetrozine WP at the dosage of below 600 g/hm2 on the 3rd day before seedling transplanting were all safe to rice.
