| Abstract: | Lactoferrin is a kind of basic protein which naturally exists in milk and has multiple biological activities.In recent years,along with the development and utilization of dairy products,the research of lactoferrin has been increasingly deepened.This paper summarized the research advances in the structure,function,preparation,application and so on of lactoferrin in the world in recent years,and looked forward the study trendy of lactoferrin in the future. |
