西部贫困山区农村家庭经济发展模式研究——以陕西商洛地区为例

以陕西省商洛地区农村为例,采用实地调查和问卷分析相结合的方法,对农村家庭经济在退耕还林前后的变化以及目前存在的主要问题进行了分析。研究结果表明:退耕还林以来,农村家庭收入有所增长,家庭主要收入来源由以种植业为主变为以外出打工收入为主;家庭生产经营仍然是分散的个体方式,市场率和生产效益较低;传统的副业生产多为零散经营;山区农村家庭经济发展面临的问题具有普遍性。最后,从当地贫困山区自然环境资源和经济社会发展条件的实际出发,提出了几种农村家庭经济发展模式。

Developmental Mode for Rural Family Economy in Poor Mountainous Area of Western China: Taking Shangluo Rural Area, Shaanxi Province as An Example

Taking Shangluo rural area of Shaanxi province as an example,the paper analyzed the changes of the rural family economy before and after returning farm to forest,as well as the existing major problems through questionnaire survey and field investigation.The results showed that: after returning farm to forest,rural household income had a growing trend,and the main source of income underwent the transformation from planting industry to migrating work.But household production and management was still scattered and of individual type,and had low economic income and low production efficiency.The traditional sideline production was mostly small and dispersive.These problems in the rural economic development in mountainous areas existed universally.Finally,according to the local natural environment resources and economic social development conditions,several economic developmental modes have been designed for poor rural households.
