明水梨叶片不定芽再生体系的建立

摘    要:以‘明水’梨(Akemizu)叶片为外植体,研究了不同基本培养基,不同浓度噻重氮苯基脲(TDZ)和吲哚丁酸(IBA)的组合,不同暗培养时间以及不同浓度的硝酸银(AgNO3)对梨叶片不定芽再生的影响。试验结果表明,在NN69+TDZ 1.5mg/L+IBA0.2 mg/L+AgNO31.0 mg/L中暗培养25 d后,叶片不定芽再生率最高,达到71.8%。

Abstract:Using the isolated Leaves of 'Akemizu' pear as the explants,the regeneration system of the adventitious bud from the leaves was studied,and the influences of different basal media,combinations of TDZ and IBA with different concentrations,cultivation time in the dark and AgNO3 concentration on the regeneration of adventitious bud were explored.The results showed that when the leaves were cultivated on the medium NN69+TDZ 1.5 mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L+AgNO3 1.0 mg/L for 25 days under dark condition,the regeneration r...
