| Abstract: | Advances in rice root systems studies in the past 30 years were reviewed in detail,including functions and vitality of rice roots,relationship between roots and shoots in rice,impact of environment on rice roots,and genetic character of roots.Some countermeasures for overcoming the shortcomings of current researches were provided,and the research direction of rice root systems in the future was predicted. |
