摘    要:2006~2007年在河南郏县进行田间试验,研究腐殖酸对烤烟关键生理指标的影响。结果表明,腐殖酸能够促进烟草的生长发育,增加生长前期叶绿素含量,降低后期叶绿素含量,促进叶片成熟落黄;提高硝酸还原酶和根系活力,降低烟草体内丙二醛含量,延迟烟株生长后期的衰老。施用腐殖酸能够增加根系体积及根系鲜重,但是根系体积和根系鲜重随着腐殖酸用量的增加表现先上升后降低的趋势。以750kg/hm2腐殖酸肥料用量处理的效果最好。

Abstract:In order to investigate the effects of humic acid fertilizer application on the key physiological properties of flue-cured tobacco,the field experiments were carried out in Jiaxian county of Henan province during 2006~2007.The results showed that humic acid application could promote the growth and development of tobacco plants,increase the chlorophyll content at earlier growth stage,reduce the chlorophyll content at later growth stage,and accelerate the maturing and yellowing of tobacco leaves.After the application of humic acid fertilizer,nitrate reductase activity and roots activity were enhanced,MDA content was reduced,and the senescence of tobacco plants in the later period was delayed.The proper application of humic acid could increase the volume and fresh weight of root system.Applying 750 kg/hm2 humic acid fertilizer had the best effects.
