| 摘 要： | 以自动站数据、雷达资料、天气预报和农气文献为信息资源,综合利用计算机技术、数据库技术和通信网络技术构建并设计开发"基于SOA架构的气象为农服务数据库和信息系统",系统通过Web网站、电子显示屏、触摸屏和手机短信等发布各类信息,与气象微博、"96121"等专业咨询服务无缝对接,可以满足气象资料在农业生产、科研、决策等多方面应用需求,构建了一个专家与用户紧密联系的系统平台,为农村、农业、农民对气象信息的获取提供了现代化的途径,开辟了气象为农服务工作的新思路。

| Abstract: | The author used automatic station data, radar data, weather forecasts and agrometeorological literatures as information resources, and comprehensively applied computer technology, database technology and communication network technology to de- sign and develop ＂SOA -based meteorological databases and information systems for agricultural services＂. This system could re- lease all kinds of information through web site, electronic display, touch screen, mobile phone text messages, etc. , joint seamlessly with meteorological microblogging, ＂96121＂ and other professional consulting services, and meet the application requirements of meteorological data in agricultural production, scientific research, decision -making, and so on. In addition, we constructed a system platform for the close connection between the expert and the user, which can provide a modern way for the rural areas, agriculture and farmers to access to meteorological information. |
