石刁柏中总氨基酸的含量测定

摘    要:目的:建立石刁柏中总氨基酸含量的测定方法。方法:以3%茚三酮及pH6.0醋酸钠-醋酸缓冲液为显色剂,置沸水浴中显色20 min,于568 nm处测定吸光度。结果:线性方程为Y=0.128X-0.0539,r=0.9993。线性范围为1.1296~11.296μg/mL。回收率为99.72%,RSD=1.3%。结论:该方法可用于石刁柏的质量控制。

Abstract:In order to set up a novel method for the assay of the total amino acids content in asparagus,sodium acetate-acetic acid buffer solution(pH 6.0) and 3% ninhydrin were used as developer,the samples were placed into boiling-water,bathing and coloring for 20 min,and then their absorptance at 568 nm was determined.The results were as follows: the linear equation was Y = 0.128X-0.0539,the correlation coefficient was 0.9993,the linear range was 1.1296~11.296 μg/mL,the recovery rate was 99.72% and RSD was equal to 1.3%.So this method can be used in the quality control of asparagus.
