| 摘 要： | 遗传标记主要有形态标记、细胞学标记、生化标记和分子标记四种类型。作物遗传育种中应用的分子标记主要有ＲＦＬＰ、ＰＣＲ、ＲＡＰＤ、ＡＦＬＰ和ＳＳＲｓ等，均主要用于辅助育种。本文较详尽地介绍了遗传标记系统及其在作物遗传育种的应用，并着重探讨了作物遗传育种中应用分子标记进行辅助选种的研究现状、存在的问题及应用的策略

| Abstract: | There are four kinds of genetic markers, morphological, cytological, biochemical, and molecular. The principal markers that are employed to assist in crop breeding, including RFLP, PCR, RAPD, AFLP, and SSRs, are described in detail in this paper, along with the current advances, problems, and strategy of their application in assisted crop breeding. |
