一些十字花科植物组织的化感活性研究

摘    要:采用琼脂混粉法对一些常见十字花科植物组织的化感活性进行了研究。首先以生菜为指示植物对油菜(苏州青、雪克青、矮脚黄)、球果焊菜、播娘蒿、荠菜以及独行菜的不同组织进行了测定,发现以独行菜果实组织的化感活性最高。进而以该组织为供试材料测定了其不同浓度对生菜、小麦、反枝苋和稗草4种指示植物幼苗生长的影响,发现在低浓度(0.1g/L)下对所有指示植物幼苗的生长均表现出一定的促进作用,而在5、10 g/L的高浓度下,各指示植物胚根(或种子根)和胚轴(或胚芽鞘)的生长均受到明显的抑制,计算对胚根或种子根的有效抑制浓度(EC50)分别为反枝苋(0.2373 g/L)、生菜(0.8172 g/L)、稗草(0.9901 g/L)和小麦(2.8918 g/L);对胚轴或胚芽鞘的EC50分别为反枝苋(0.4869 g/L)、稗草(3.1657 g/L)、生菜(3.6663 g/L)和小麦(5.7276 g/L)。

Abstract:The allelopathic activities of some familiar cruciferous plant tissues were studied by using the method of grinded powder of plant mixed with agar(PPA).The results showed that among all tested plant tissues of Brassica campestris(Suzhouqing,Xuekeqing,Aijiaohuang),Rorippa globosa,Descurainia sophia,Capsella bursapastrois and Lepidium apetalum,the fruits of Lepidium apetalum had the highest allelopathic activity on the seedlings of Lactuca sativa L..Further research showed that this tissue inhibited obviously the growth of seedlings of Lactuca sativa L.,Triticum aestivum L.,Amaranthus retroflexus L.and Echinochloa crusgalli L.at 5 and 10 g/L concentrations.The effective concentrations resulting in 50% inhibition(EC50) for radicals(or seminal roots) were Amaranthus retroflexus L.(0.2373 g/L),Lactuca sativa L.(0.8172 g/L),Echinochloa crusgalli L.(0.9901 g/L) and Triticum aestivum L.(2.8918 g/L),for hypocotyls(or coleoptiles) were Amaranthus retroflexus L.(0.4869 g/L),Echinochloa crusgalli L.(3.1657 g/L),Lactuca sativa L.(3.6663 g/L) and Triticum aestivum L.(5.7276 g/L),respectively.
