| 摘 要： | 以华双3号、中油821和北堡6号为试验材料,在角果生长发育期进行田间人工遮光处理并定期采样分析。结果表明:遮光条件下,角果干物质生产能力明显下降,籽粒含油量在后期迅速下降,在籽粒发育前期粗蛋白含量明显提高,可溶性糖含量无明显变化。遮光条件下,华双3号和中油821籽粒硫甙含量均明显降低,北堡6号则显著增加;中油821的芥酸含量明显提高,"双低"品种华双3号以及黄籽油菜北堡6号则存在明显降低趋势。
