二次微分电位溶出法测定食品中铅含量

摘    要:通过对pH值、电沉积电位、平衡电位和时间的优化,建立了二次微分电位溶出法测定食品中铅含量。结果表明:该法测定食品样品与国家标准(石墨炉原子吸收法)无显著性差异,线性范围0~21ng/mL,检出限0.59ng/mL,RSD<3%(n=7)。

Abstract:A method for determination of trace amount of Pb in food by quadratic differential potentiometric stripping was set up by optimizing experimental parameter such as pH-value,accumulation potential,equilibrium potential and time.The result showed that the measurement result of the method had no significant difference as compared with that of GF-AAS method,the linearity range was 0~21 ng/mL,the detection limit was 0.59 ng/mL,RSD was less than 3%(n=7).
