正交设计优选褐蘑菇粗多糖提取工艺

摘    要:采用热水浸提法从褐蘑菇中提取粗多糖,通过单因素试验和正交试验法优选出褐蘑菇粗多糖提取的最佳工艺条件:料水比1∶30、时间150 min、提取2次、温度90℃。在此条件下粗多糖得率为3.06%。

Abstract:The conditions of extracting coarse polysaccharide from Portobello mushroom through hot water were studied in this paper.The optimal conditions of extracting coarse polysaccharide were obtained by single-factor experiment and orthogonal experiment design,which were as follows: the ratio of material to water was 1 ∶30,extracting for 150 min,extracting 2 times at the temperature of 90 ℃.Under the above conditions,the getting rate of coarse polysaccharides could reach to 3.06%.
