低温胁迫对水稻再生芽抗冷性的影响

摘    要:以能够在自然条件下越冬再生的粳稻(WD1)为试验材料,以湘粳2号(X J2)为对照。在低温处理前、低温处理后和低温处理恢复后3个阶段,对2个粳稻品种再生芽中过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)等保护酶系活性的变化及丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸(Pro)含量和细胞膜透性进行测定分析,结果表明:低温胁迫后WD1的抗冷性相关指标优于X J2,WD1主动调节适应低温环境以及忍耐低温的能力较强。

Abstract:Japonica rice variety(WD1) which could regenerate through winter was used in experiment and Xiangjing No.2(XJ2) was used as the control.Changes of the activities of SOD,POD,CAT and changes of the content of MDA and Pro in regeneration-bud before and after chilling stress were studied;Changes of the saturation of the cell membrane were also studied in the same condition.The results showed:the chill-resistance physiological and biochemical indexes of regeneration-bud of WD1 were better than those of XJ2 after chilling-stress,and the ability of adjustment of WD1 to the low temperature was stronger than that of XJ2.
