黑芝麻杂种优势研究

摘    要:研究了黑芝麻两系杂种F1产量的超亲(父本)优势,其范围为-7.59%~61.22%,平均优势达31.05%,杂种F1产量及其构成性状的平均优势大小依次为单株产量>单株有效蒴数>千粒重>每蒴粒数。杂种F1产量与果轴长度及产量构成性状呈极显著正相关,与株高和生育期呈显著相关。亲子(杂种F1与父本)间的关系密切程度则表现为单株有效蒴数>单株产量>千粒重>每蒴粒数。

Abstract:This paper reported that the over-parent yield heterosis(male parent) of F_1 hybrids of two-line combinations of black sesame ranged from7.59% to 61.22%,and the average was 31.05%.The average over-parent heterosis of F_1 hybrids in yield and yield component characters was single plant yield > single plant capsules >1000-seed weight>seeds per capsule in order.The very significantly positive correlations of the F_1 hybrids were found between single plant yield and fruit stick,single plant capsules,the seeds per capsule,1000-seed weight respectively.The analysis of correlation and regression was done for the hybrids between two-line combinations and male parent,the results indicated the significant correlation between the F_1 hybrids and male parent was single plant capsules > single plant yield >1000-seed weight>seeds per capsule in order.
