甘薯根颈多糖提取技术研究

摘    要:通过单因素试验和正交试验,对甘薯根颈多糖的常规水提技术进行了研究。结果表明,甘薯根颈多糖含量较高,在加30倍水、80℃下浸提45 min的条件下,甘薯根颈中多糖的得率为4.67%(干基)。并通过棕色环试验、蒽酮-硫酸法、Fe-hling试剂法、双缩脲法试验证实提取物为多糖。

Abstract:Through single-factor test and orthogonal test,the conventional water extraction technology of polysaccharide from the root neck of sweet potato was studied.The results indicated that the content of polysaccharide in the root neck of sweet potato was high when it was extracted for 45 min with 30 times of water at the temperature of 80℃,the gain rate of polysaccharide was 4.67%(dry basis).The extracted substance was polysaccharides through brown ring test,anthracene ketone-sulfate method,fehling reagents verification, biuret confirmation.
