| 摘 要： | 将75尾均重为12.50g的异育银鲫鱼种随机放入3个水族箱,温度控制在22℃,采用循环流水系统,研究了不同饥饿时间(0、10、20、30、40d)对异育银鲫生长及部分血液生理指标的影响。试验结果表明:在饥饿40d内,异育银鲫鱼种的体重先显著下降再趋向稳定,而含肉率和肠体比呈下降的趋势;随着饥饿时间的延长,在试验期间血红蛋白含量与红细胞数量呈先升高后下降的趋势,但白细胞数量变化不显著。 |

| Abstract: | 75 allogynogenetic crucian carps(average weight,12.50g) were divided randomly into three aquariums with the temperature of 22℃ in flowing fresh water in the experiment,the effects of starvation for 0,10,20,30,40 days on the growth and some blood physiological indicators of allogynogentic crucian carp were studied.The results showed as follows: during 40 days' starvation,the body weight of allogynogenetic crucian carp decreased significantly,then kept stable,but there was a downward tendency in the ratio of flesh in the whole body and the ratio of intestine length to body length;there was a tendency of increasing first and then decreasing for hemoglobin content and the number of red blood cells,while no significant changes exhibited for white blood cells during starvation. |
