| 摘 要： | 对土地资源价值理论和土地资源价值的构成进行了深入的分析,并结合实例,将土地资源本身价值纳入水利工程经济评价范畴,探讨了土地资源价值对水利工程经济评价的影响,结果表明,对水库淹没的土地资源的价值量进行核算,同不考虑资源本身价值相比,将对水利建设项目的经济评价产生重大影响。

| Abstract: | The land resource value theory and its composing were deeply analyzed to discuss the effect of land resource value appraisal on the economy assessment of water conservancy project based on taking land resource value into the field of economy assessment of water conservancy project.The results showed that the value appraisal of land resource which submerged would do important effects on the economy assessment of water conservancy project without regarding to the land resource value itself. |
