摘    要:以切花寒菊‘雪白’和‘雪中花’为材料,研究了低温下2个寒菊品种舌状花在不同开放期的相对电导率、MDA含量、SOD和POD活性、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量的变化。结果表明:温度升-降-升过程中,两品种相对电导率、MDA含量的变化与温度变化趋势相反,SOD、POD活性、可溶性蛋白含量的变化与自然低温的变化趋势基本一致,而可溶性糖含量随温度的变化持续积累。随温度变化,‘雪中花’和初花期的相对电导率、MDA含量变化分别较‘雪白’和盛花期平稳,调节SOD活性、可溶性蛋白及可溶性糖含量的能力也分别强于‘雪白’和盛花期,表明‘雪中花’抗低温能力强于‘雪白’,而初花期强于盛花期。
