硬毛刺苞菊不同器官的除草活性研究

摘    要:利用琼脂混粉法测定了硬毛刺苞菊根、茎、叶和种子粉末对4种受体植物的除草活性。在10g/L的粉末添加浓度下,4种植物器官均对生菜、小麦、反枝苋和稗草幼苗的生长产生了明显的抑制作用,且对胚根(或幼根)生长的抑制效果明显高于对胚轴(或胚芽)的抑制,其中以叶片的抑制效果最为明显。4种器官中除叶片对反枝苋种子具有明显的推迟发芽作用外,对生菜、稗草和小麦种子的发芽影响均不显著。

Abstract:The studies on the herbicidal activities of different organs(root,stem,leaf and seed) of Acanthospermum hispidum to 4 receiver plants were conducted with agar-powder mix method.The results indicated that the seedling growths of Lactuca sativa L.,Triticum aestivum L.,Amaranthus retroflexus L.and Echinochloa crusgalli L.were remarkably inhibited by the 4 organs of A.hispidum at the adding dosage of 10 g/L,and the inhibitory rates on growth of radicles were significantly higher than that on hypocotyls or embryo.Among tested 4 plant organs,the leaves had the best inhibitory effects.All organs did not show obvious inhibitory effects on seed germinations of 4 receiver plants,besides the leaves deferred the seed germination of Amaranthus retroflexus.
