不同饲料蛋白水平对杂交鳢增重及肌肉营养成分的影响

摘    要:5个饲料蛋白水平对杂交鳢生长、消化酶、肌肉营养成分等影响结果表明:试验投喂8周后,随着饲料蛋白水平的增加,杂交鳢的增重率增加,饲料系数降低;饲料蛋白水平为46.1%时,杂交鳢的增重率最大,与38.3%、40.1%试验组之间的差异极显著(P<0.01),与42.2%、44.3%试验组之间的差异显著(P<0.05);随着饲料蛋白水平的增加,饲料转化效率不断提高。此外,杂交鳢的胃蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶和脂肪酶活性表现出正态分布的特性,含量呈先增后减的趋势,而淀粉酶活性则表现为正相关变化。
