摘    要:为了探索烟草施用渗透调节物质的抗旱效果,研究了干旱胁迫下喷施甜菜碱和根施甘氨酸、丝氨酸、脯氨酸、混合氨基酸(异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、缬氨酸按2∶2∶1的比例混合)、甜菜碱对烟草生长的影响。结果表明,各施用水平下,烟草的生长量和抗旱性均得到增强,施用渗透调节物质可有效地抑制在干旱胁迫下叶片水分的损失速率,使烟叶的水分损失得到控制;同时减缓了干旱时烟叶叶绿素含量的降解速率和烟叶细胞膜的损伤程度,丙二醛生成量降低,烟草抗旱能力明显提高。

Abstract:Effects of supplemental osmotica(betaine,praline,glycin,serine,mixed amino acid) on growth and drought resistance of flue-cured tobacco under drought condition were investigated.The results indicated that supplemental all osmotica could strengthen the growth and drought resistance of flue-cured tobacco.Supplemental osmotica could effectively inhibit water loss rate of leaves under drought stress,and reduce the decomposed rate of chlorophyll and cytomembrane permeability and content of malonaldehyde of tobac...
