摘    要:在临床疑似鸭传染性浆膜炎的病鸭组织中分离了1株RA JS01菌株,通过形态观察、生化试验和PCR鉴定,确定该菌株为鸭疫里氏杆菌,结果表明:该菌株对多数抗生素都具有耐药性和较强的致病性;经静脉和足底接种的鸭在接种后24 h时开始死亡,接种96 h时全部死亡;连续传至22代时菌株的生物学特性均未发生变化。

Abstract:The bacterium JS01 was isolated from the tissues of clinical sick duck which was suspected to be infected by serositis of duck.This strain was identified to be Riemerella anatipestifer by morphology,biochemical tests and PCR identification.The results showed that the isolated strain was resistant to most of antibiotics,and it had strong pathogenicity.Subculture and preservation of JS01 were studied to provide a basis for vaccine research.Duck began to die 24 h after venous and foot vaccination,and all died 96 h after vaccination.The biological characteristics of the bacterium did not change in the continuous rearing for 22 generations.
